What is this piece?

Hey everyone, I’m new here and I apologize if I’m posting in the incorrect place.

In Dec of 2024 I bought a 2021 330i, later after buying it I found this small plastic piece in the cup holder and was wondering where it could have came from. It has some green marking on it, and I have checked everywhere, which is driving me nuts. The only thing I found that was kind of loose is the plastic cover for the seat railing closest to the door on the passenger side. It’s a little hard to look under the seat fully but I saw a lot of colored markings so I suspect it came from the seat, but I’m probably wrong. I’m wildly out of my element here, I know probably close to nothing about cars, let alone clips, fasteners, or BMW parts.

I also have been hearing some sort of clicking noise right behind me when I drive, near the ceiling. The only thing it sounds similar to (when I try to find the source) is the outside black plastic piece near the window on the exterior. This is behind the driver’s side. Other than that I have no effing clue what could be the “rattle” or “click” noise that I hear.

Overall I am satisfied with the vehicle but these two things are driving me crazy.
