Wheel Insert Removal

I just picked up a 2026 750e as a daily. Came back from many years of MB daily drivers and I LOVE this 750e. Only one thing I do not like about the car - the wheels! I have the Areo 909M wheels. Has anyone removed the inserts to see what the wheel look like without them? If so, would love to see pics. In 40 years of buying cars I have never swapped OEM wheels for aftermarket - but I'm seriously thinking about it.

Thanks in advance.

I have seen the back of the wheels and the inserts are bolted in, so without them you would have bolt holes.

I am not keen on the wheels and I am looking for options to change mine

Would appreciate if you could post some pics. Thinking about having the silver/chrome powder coated but would be fine with just removing the inserts depending on how it looks.

Thanks.

I think it looks great! By "them", I meant I took the wheels off completely, not just the inserts.

It would not look good without the inserts:
