If you own a PS3 there is a USB port on the side. Some newer TV's also have a USB port. If you transfer the movie file to a USB flash drive or hard disk you can plug it into your PS3 or TV and it plays. I do this for all my movies and I've even saved movies onto my PS3 hard drive using my USB flash stick.

Well really it depends on the format of the videos.......eg: mine is all in ipod video format, so i have to play it on VLC player (or in my ipod) but it won't work on any other device cus its the wrong codec.

PS3 supports codecs and most types of movie files. If your PS3 has a net connection it should download it I think. I've tried most files on my PS3 with no issues. Try it and you'll be surprised. I think this is the single greatest feature of the PS3

where do you work/workout? I've got a gym at my office as well, and i've tried going there a few times, but its busy most of the time, and its just not the same as a real gym.... i hit the YMCA a few times a week as well just to get in some laps around the track or treadmill
Yo, my workplace is north of mccaul/queen west. There's a goodlife fitness center there. I usually go there around 12:45-1pm when most of the lunch gym rats leave. More dibs on the equipment for me! 2nd workout is at home

Thrusday, I hitup the elliptical machines and in less than an hr, burned off over 500 calories. If that ain't fat burning, I don't know what is! (damn that sounds like tony horton)

Diet is part of the deal. You can work out like crazy but if you also eat too much, it all becomes a moot point.

Sure you can, you'll just need to be mindful of how many calories you're taking in and what kind of foods those calories count towards.

What he said. The difference between a recommended diet and your own is that the former has been formulated to give you all the nutrients you needs for recovery but at the same time doesn't cause you to gain weight. You can definitely use your own diet but just be sure that you're getting enough nutrients.

Hey guys!

I did P90X last summer for 3 weeks straight and started to notice some subtle definition but went away with the boys to cuba and all that went down the drain from there. lol

I've been wanting to start it up again but have just been so damn busy!

For those of you wondering if you should invest in a recovery drink or not, I highly recommend you guys go for it! Don't bother buying the BB one because a recovery drink, is a recovery drink, is a recovery drink! They all have the same 4-1 carb-protein ratio which is key. I used Endurox R4 and absolutely loved it. For those of you that don't like the orange flavour, try chocolate milk. Check out the back of any carton and it'll be pretty damn close to 4-1. If you're anal or have OCD, just buy skim milk and blend the chocolate mix accordingly.

Keep up the good work guys!

Didn't notice this thread before,

But i kinda modified mine, I did like 2 weeks of the regular program, everything was good. Now i follow the same routines, but i try to substitue as much weights into the exercises as possible. Like instead of push ups, i do bench with different type grips. I know it works out slightly different muscles, but the results worked better for me. Plus i like being to alternate different exercises more.

didn't use any type of protein/creatine for 8 weeks, and had great results. Just started using supplements again and definitely notice myself getting more definition.
