Faulty exhaust valves

Anyone know if it's possible to replace the exhaust valves?

My MPE is out of warranty and having lots of vibration at start which i think could be the valves.

I can see they seem to be bolted on from the top of the pipe but wondering if they can be removed and replaced from another exhaust?

Yes you can replace them. One was faulty for a friend and he got it replaced.
