Can't really watch the video right now but looks exactly the same. Is there a read up on what's new?

Looks good on M-Sport models all blacked out followed with black paint. Very menacing. Also looks good with the Alpina body kit.

This is what I keep saying about the G8x grilles. We will hate them, then we'll stop caring, and then we'll just go with it

That grill looks big even on an x7. It looks like someone made the grill bigger as a joke on the thumbnail.

Not relevant but I cannot stand Joe Achilles.
However I do agree with you, I never liked the grilles and still not a massive fan of them but I am starting to get used to them now.

And as GOLFRR stated, I'm sure that the new grills on the G80 will grow on people over time as well. I myself am looking forward to the new look.

That's how I felt about the M340. Wanted the car... kind of hated the new grill. But when I saw the Alpine White with blacked out grill I said "Yup." And I bought it. The 7 is way too big IMO but I'll probably get used to it.

Only the blind designer who did it can love that car.
Looks like a car with an uncovered front radiator.
A pig is still a pig...

Nah...I figured it out. BMW decided that it was being criticized for its larger new grills so it designed the new grills for the 4 series and M3/M4 as totally hideous to distract us from these grills.

Now the grills looks okay after the Medusa version for the new 4 series.

The other large grills on X5 and X7 have grown on me.

But when I see a 7 series driving at me, it still looks awful.

Wasn't a fan of the new styling also until I saw a blacked out 7er.
Looked sinister.

"Not relevant" - But I'm gonna say it anyway because I'm a bell end
What did Mr Achilles do to upset you?

I agree. I'm starting to get sort of a Rolls Royce kind of vibe from these cars.

Yes. The secret to making the new grille look good is to make it practically invisible.

The problem is when you see the car next to a normal size one
