Will Tune Overwrite GTS Coding?

I recently had GTS EPS, DCT and Traction coded/flashed on my F80 M3 remotely by a guy who does it

My question is, if I go for a flash tune (BM3/MHD, etc.), will the tune overwrite these values and revert them back to stock or will they stay altered?

I'm not sure if the tune itself shares ECU's with above mentioned areas but I know that DCT GTS flash is included in many of the engine tuning solutions, so I wonder if the other areas are affected

Anyone know?

no, it wont.

and the GTS DCT flash is separate from the tune.

Coding is different from tune flash. Most flashing programs like BM3 read your codes before a flash and then restore them as part of the finish-up, just incase the flash process disturbed any code values.
