annoying popup on every page

this keeps popping up everytime I load into a new page

"x3.xbimmers.com says

123123" and I need to keep hitting ok to finish loading the page itself.

hmm no pop ups on my end yet but

I can't click my notifications flag?? tells me of all my notifications but cant get the drop down menu?

Sorry about that, was messing around briefly, try pressing CTRL-F5 to reload and it should refresh the page without that popup
