Bmw i7 xdrive 60 no M logo with sports package!

How come in North America there is no M logo badge with the sports package like in Europe? I have attached a photo below from the Bmw UK website to show the badge thats on the vehicle there but not available as an option here in North America.

It's called "Without Lines Designation" on the window sticker and it's always been a thing in the US. None of the cars here have it.
