2008 528xi radio issue

I got a 08 528xi and the screen is stuck In the bmw logo reboot mode and I don’t know if it’s the ccc or something else. Anyone else had this issue and resolved it? Don’t want to just buy a new unit for no reason if there’s a simpler solution. I’ve tried all the soft and hard reboots and none worked.

I'm not sure how you decided to post this in the cosmetic/detailing section, but try the Nav/iDrive/AV, etc. section:
