Help needed weird issues

Hi I rebuilt an n63tu engine.
I have been dealing with an issue that I don’t understand; the valvetronic system is being deactivated on both banks; I can hear the clicking when I turn the ignition. I have not seen this issue with the n63tu on the forum. This is a common issue on the n55 and it usually means bad valavetronic motor and or eccentric shaft. The problem is that I have tried 3 different heads with 3 different valvetronic motor and eccentric shaft and get the same error every time. The error always shows up on both banks too; at this point I think it is related to something else. The car has been sitting for a while I have been working on it. I removed the plastic cover next to the windshield that protects the integrated supply module and water has been dripping very close to it; so I order another one in case that is the cause of the issue. Today I tried to unplug some connections from the integrated supply module and it shows that it is disconnected so there is a connection between the dme and the module. Could water intrusion cause some issue where there is communication between two components but cause error between the 2?
Also on both valvetronic error ista shows that it is not affecting the driver but I get a drivetrain malfunction as soon as I turn on the ignition.
Ista shows 4 error; the 2 valvetronic error and the 2 on the pictures but I get a drivetrain malfunction. I don’t understand why since ista says that it doesn’t affect the driver.
After turning on the car and letting it idle for a bit I get more error like camshaft stuck and vanos which I also got so the the previous heads that I installed.
on ista tree it shows green everywhere except orange on the 2 dme and and orange on the jbe
Sorry for the long post but I tried to include as much information as possible. I didn’t take any pictures of the ista report because I am writing on my phone and I am not at home. I can do it tomorrow if it helps
