Satellite radio in 750i

Hey everybody,
I have a 2019 750i. When i toggle to satelllite radio it doesn’t look to be set up. Typically there is like “Sirius channel 1 and your vehicle ID”. Nothing here. Car has literally everything, apparently except satellite radio? Can anyone assist?

Do you have a SiriusXM subscription?

If not...hit the OPTION button next to the iDrive Controller knob when you have the screen up that you posted. This should give you additional info which should include your SiriusXM radio ID number.

If you don't have a SiriusXM radio account...you can take that radio ID# and go to https://www.siriusxm.com/ and purchase a subscription. There are usually reduced rate subscriptions being offered for new or currently unsubscribed owners.

Thanks for the info! I do have a subscription. But it seems to be a hardware issue. The sat radio component. When I hit options it doesn’t show the Sirius radio number. Just blank. So I’ll have to take it in and get the actual radio looked at.
