UK insurance for 760e?

Hi all,

I am up for renewall and this year my quote is 100% up. Nice. I managed to get my first quiote with Admiral for 1200-ish and I had just bought my 1 year old 760e. Now I am close ot hitting 3 years in July.

So I can't understand this. The details I am adding on comparison sites are exactly the same as last year. I only drive up to 8000 mile per year. Yet, cheapest offer I get on Compare the market is £2350.

Have you experienced the same thing this year? Who do you insure with?

I don’t know how old are you and your licence details for sure, but £2,000 mark is bargain for an M760e in 2026. Most of the people pay north of £4,000 easily.

This year the insurance prices came down a lot for most luxury car drivers. I used to pay £4,500 and this year another one quoted me £2,150 — switched my insurance straight away.

2026 is much better than 2025 but don’t expect pre-COVID numbers anymore.
