BMW Canada Lease Rates Have Dropped!
For anyone who ordered in April... lease rates have dropped on the 1 by about 2%. I don't know if your CA will give you the full difference, but call and see what they can do, they should DEFINITELY be able to lower it (got mine down by 1%). So save yourself a bit more money and call them ASAP (but they CAN drop it, so don't let them tell you "no we don't do that").
