how are you getting along with that 1D these days? did it solve all your problems? and how are you liking the photo quality when compared to your last rig? I realize the megapixels is a lot smaller, but are you missing that in any way at all?

I saw some cheap 1D bodies in different varieties and was getting curious, the price is nice for the quality and being between 8-10 fps, it's very tempting.

I've seen a couple black series on the road, they don't blow me away. Don't get me wrong, i find them very sexy, but they are just too easy to mistake for just another AMG unless you look hard. At least when they are going the other way.

I love my 1D2N but as soon as I have some spare cash + can find one in stock I'm going to get a 1D4. I'm going to try keeping both, using the Mk2 as either a backup camera or putting a wireless trigger on it and mounting it in places that I could not safely stand, like the edge of the guardrail.

That guy apparently owns two Desmos plus an 1198. And one of the Desmos was shipped back to Italy at one point for some extra juice.
