Does this include the tires?? - Do they have any scuffs/marks/etc?? Tread life on tires? Thanks!!

ill send more detail pictures sorry but front 2 tires need to be changed and the back ones have about another year left on them
the rims are in great condition one rims has a scuff but nothing big ill take picture of each rim in an hour or 2 and post them and you can decide
